Ryan Hoogheem, and Styer at the MN truck Convoy 2019

“Amazing time, means the world to me!”

Above quote from Special Olympics athlete Bob Larson, who got the chance to ride with Styer driver Ryan Hoogheem at Minnesota’s largest truck convoy to benefit Special Olympics MN.

Ryan first got started with the convoy about 8 years ago when he saw a flyer and jumped at the chance to participate, and has now gone to his 7th convoy!” Once you get started, it kind of sucks you in!” said Ryan. The convoy is meant to drive awareness and raise funds for the Special Olympics here in Minnesota. All riders are Special Olympic athletes. Bob Larson is an advanced downhill skier.

There were 138 trucks in the convoy, if you are interested in joining next year, just let us know!

Styer thanks Ryan, and his wife Vicki for once again representing Styer and showing Bob a great time, even in the rain!
